Damaged Items – Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72-hrs of receipt by writing to hello@gettherabalm.com. Please provide your name, address, order number, and detailed information (including images) for any product damaged during shipping within that time frame. A TheraBalm team member will get back to you as soon as possible.
Returns/Product Satisfaction Guarantee – If for some reason you are not satisfied, you may request a refund of the full purchase price (less shipping) within 30 days of the purchase date. You can return your item by requesting a return authorization at hello@gettherabalm.com and a TheraBalm team member will get back to you as soon as possible.
Order Processing & Shipping – All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We offer Free Shipping on orders over $100!
Shipments are sent using USPS. Shipping times are dependent on the location distance from our fulfillment center. We offer Ground Shipping (generally 4-7 days) and Expedited Shipping (generally 1-3 days). Shipping time does not include any potential for inclement weather, holidays, or backorders. Once an order has shipped, an email will be sent with tracking information.
Unfortunately, we do not ship outside the United States at this time. We hope to offer international shipping in the near future, so check back with us.
If a backorder takes place, we will do our best to notify you of the backorder and provide the estimated next shipment date.
